It's Ms. Fanservice, better known as Shelia the Inflatable Raptoress. She's functioned as Greatfang's alt a handful of times, either being brought into existence through the use of a transformative inflatable suit or via the infamous "Sexy Jutsu." She's generally far less shy than our favorite brown rex, and becomes increasingly...power-drunk when over-inflated.

This was the last drawing I did with bleedover color. I'm not Spiritraptor and can't get it to look good with my style. Oh well. This was the first inflatable I drew using the new techniques, though. (I need to draw her again at some point. Rurrrf.) Her colors have been tweaked from her earlier appearances, she had brown stripes and a yellowish belly then, and lacked black tips on her "feathered" crest.
